H2m Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use Malaysia Betting Platform

Welcome to h2m. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and h2m ("Platform", "We") regarding your use of the h2m website and services accessible at https://h2m.run.

By registering an h2m account, making a deposit, or using any game or service offered by h2m, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register for or use the h2m platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with Privacy Policy h2m and the Responsible Gambling Policy available at Responsible Gaming page. All such documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and h2m.

To register and use h2m's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the h2m platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or betting prohibition list issued by any relevant authority.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or using h2m's services.

Upon registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. h2m reserves the right to request identity verification ("KYC – Know Your Customer") at any time, including a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), utility bill, or other required documentation. Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days may result in a temporary account suspension.

You are fully responsible for ensuring your h2m account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. h2m will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

2.1 Deposit

H2m accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods, all of which are recognised Malaysian digital payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer)
• FPX — Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX member banks)

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 . Funds will be credited to your h2m account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. h2m does not charge any fees for standard deposits.

2.2 Withdrawals

Winnings may be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

H2m reserves the right to suspend or withhold a withdrawal for security review purposes if there are signs of unusual activity, fraud, or a breach of the Terms. In such cases, h2m will contact you within 24 hours to provide an explanation and request any necessary documentation.

H2m offers a range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus for new members, weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and special promotions tied to major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New h2m members are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. For full details on the bonus value, match rate, and current wagering requirements, please refer to the Welcome Bonus. The general conditions applicable to all h2m bonuses are as follows:

• The bonus balance must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn.
• Only bets with odds 1.50 and above that qualify towards the bonus wagering requirements, unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Cancelled, voided, or arbitrage bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• H2m reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of fraud or promotional abuse.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

H2m offers a wide variety of betting and gaming options, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports), Live Casino, slots, lottery, blackjack, virtual sports, and match odds. The following general conditions apply to all types of betting and gaming on the h2m platform:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the member unless the Cash Out feature is available and selected before the final result is determined.
• Sports match results are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant sports governing body. For matches postponed or abandoned before the time specified in the rules of a particular market, bets will be voided.
• For casino games and slots, results are generated by an independently audited RNG system. Results produced by the system are final.
• H2m reserves the right to void or re-confirm bets placed at incorrectly displayed odds (obvious error) due to a technical fault. In such cases, the correct odds will be applied or the bet will be fully refunded.

4.1 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each market and game type are displayed directly within the h2m betting interface before you confirm your bet. h2m reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time based on risk assessment, market activity, and operational requirements. h2m VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits subject to individual review.

4.2 Sports-Specific Rules

For football betting, the basic rule is that a match must last at least 90 minutes (including injury time) for a full-time bet to be settled. Quarter-time, half-time, and other special market bets are subject to the specific rules displayed in the respective market details. For Malaysia Super League and EPL betting, all results are based on official announcements by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) and the Premier League respectively.

The security of your h2m account is a shared responsibility — h2m will provide the best security infrastructure, while you are expected to take reasonable precautions on your end.

• Use a strong, unique password for your h2m account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your h2m account login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings.
• Contact h2m support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you receive notifications of suspicious activity.
• Always log out of your h2m account when you are done, especially when using a shared device.

H2m is deeply committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal hardship. In support of this commitment, h2m provides the following self-control tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for each specified period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit on your h2m platform usage per session.
• Mandatory Break (Cooling-Off): Take a break from the platform for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of your choice.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed.

H2m reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of a false identity or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse or promotion exploitation.
• Inappropriate behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at h2m staff or other members.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities.

If your account is terminated for reasons not involving fraud or a breach of the Terms, you are entitled to withdraw any remaining valid deposit balance in your account (after deducting any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements). Withdrawal processing in the event of account termination may take up to 5 business days.

Members may also choose to close their h2m account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests submitted by members will be processed within 3 business days.

H2m is committed to resolving any disputes with members in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. h2m's dispute resolution procedure is as follows:

1. Step 1 – Contact Customer Support: Submit your complaint to the h2m support team via live chat or email at support@h2m.run. Please provide your account details, the date of the disputed transaction, and a clear description of your issue.
2. Step 2 – Case Review: Our team will review your complaint and respond within 48 business hours. For more complex cases, the review period may take up to 7 business days.
3. Step 3 – Final Decision: h2m's decisions on betting disputes — based on match results, betting limits, or game rules — are final and binding unless a clear technical error can be proven.
4. Step 4 – Appeal: If you are not satisfied with h2m's decision, you may submit a written appeal to h2m's Compliance Department. Appeals must be submitted within 30 days of the date the original decision was communicated.

H2m shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues beyond h2m's control.
• Failure or delays by third parties (payment providers, banks, game software providers) causing disruption to h2m's services.
• Legitimate betting losses resulting from match outcomes or game results that did not go in your favour.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Actions on your part that are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

In any event, h2m's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 90 days preceding the claim, minus any winnings already paid out.

H2m reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where significant changes are made, h2m will notify members via:

• In-platform notifications on the h2m platform upon login.
• Email to the address registered on your member account.
• Notices displayed prominently on the h2m homepage.

Changes to the Terms will take effect within 14 days from the date the notice is given, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons. Your continued use of the h2m platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not agree with the changes to the Terms, you have the right to close your h2m account before the changes take effect by contacting our support team. Any valid balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
